Aqua Aerobics
Perfect mix of cardio and strength training in a weightless medium- water! Every move is working against the resistance of water constantly challenging your body, improving muscle tone, strength and stamina. Let us help you make the pool your gym with this high intensity 30-minute class. Book early to secure your spot.

Aqua Natal Classes
POPS AquaNatal classes are specially designed to provide expecting mums with a safe and comfortable space to exercise in the 2nd/3rd trimesters of pregnancy.
This 6 week Programme also involves a bit of education on body changes and mom-mom chat.
Pricing: $520 BBD for 12 sessions or $50 per session.

Mentorship
We are always willing to share our knowledge and experiences with others interested in similar career paths. We host students who want to be guided in career decisions and give them insight into life as a physiotherapist

Dynamic Tape
Dynamic tape is different to traditional kinesiology tapes. It has very strong resistance and recoils allowing it to act like a spring. It functions by helping to manage the load on injured areas allowing you to function efficiently with minimal pain.
Resistance Bands
Resistance bands are used to help you strengthen weak muscles and improve your rehabilitation. Colours vary with resistance level
